Job Description
Inspire Federal Credit Union, a progressive, fast-growing credit union, is seeking a full-time Market Manager of Community Banking. The Market Manager of Community Banking is responsible for cultivation of leads specific to developing new business opportunities for the credit union. This position is accountable for acquiring new profitable member relationships (business and consumer), resulting in core deposit growth and quality lending opportunities. Additionally, this position will be accountable to support the growth of the Credit Union’s CUSO business entities. In alignment with the Credit Union’s strategic goals, this position will formulate plans and produce results consistent with management expectations. The candidate will attend and participate various events in the community, to network with local businesses and create favorable brand awareness of the credit union.
Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and maintain successful member relationships including interaction with businesses at all levels to ensure the credit union’s presence and recognition within the community in which it operates.
- Work independently to develop and solicit new business from present and prospective members to increase revenue base and overall profitability.
- Serve as the primary sales contact for new and existing business banking relationships and maintain open and ongoing communication to improve wallet share.
- Partner and collaborate with all business lines within the Credit Union to assist with local business development efforts as well as gain their support to assist with business development activities.
- Contribute to the profitability and growth of the Credit Union by building, developing and managing new and existing business member relationships.
- Analyzes potential members’ banking needs, earnings and financial conditions to recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Showcase the newest promotions and marketing initiatives that the Credit Union offers.
- Develop and maintain a network of referral sources to generate leads for additional business banking relationship opportunities.
- Onboard new banking relationships to maximize member usage of all products and services available – including digital banking services.
- Participate in a variety of marketing initiatives to support the Credit Unions strategic initiative goals.
- Research and develop new sales leads for the purpose of member acquisition for business accounts, commercial and lending referrals and deposit account (Business & Consumer) referrals.
- Maintain membership and actively participate in industry and trade organizations.
- Participate in community and business functions/groups to enhance the overall image of the Credit union and to promote the credit union while driving new member and business leads into the credit union.
- Prepare a wide variety of reports and management information on activities and ensure that management is adequately informed of all member development activities and objectives.
- Adheres to proper regulatory compliance practices inherent in this position’s responsibilities by following departmental policies and procedures, completing compliance training as assigned and questioning any areas of uncertainty regarding proper regulatory processes.
In addition to growing business deposits, this position is responsible for generating additional lines of business including lending relationships and commercial insurance products through relationship building techniques. This position will cross-sell other appropriate Inspire FCU products and services.
Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:
- Proven B2C sales or B2B, and consultative sales abilities.

Job Description
Inspire Federal Credit Union, a progressive, fast-growing credit union, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Specialist. Serving Bucks County, PA since 1936, our mission is to provide the best banking products and best banking experience to members of our community.
The Loan Servicing Specialist contributes to the performance of high-quality service to our members by conducting day-to-day loan servicing functions to ensure the efficient and accurate maintenance of all consumers, home equity and mortgage loans. This position is responsible to perform a variety of administrative support duties related to the lending operations within the Credit Union.
Essential Functions
- Perform quality assurance review on disbursed loans.
- Perform functions to properly secure the Credit Union’s interest in collateral on secured loans – includes tracking outstanding recordings to be received (county mortgages, vehicle title liens, etc.).
- Process the release of loan collateral upon verification of satisfactory loan payoffs – includes vehicle title liens, recorded mortgages, etc.
- Research and resolve standard to complex issues, member transaction inquiries, and special projects as required.
- Manage the intake process of indirect loan packages from external dealer partners.
- Maintain accurate recordation of daily/monthly total originated loans by loan type.
- Process third party insurance and GAP transactions, post transactions to member accounts.
- Process communication materials to members for maturing open end lines of credit, including home equity and personal lines of credit.
- Participate in the preparation of documents for internal loan reviews, audits, and regulatory exams.
- Perform various loan servicing functions on a day-to-day basis as needed.
- Maintenance and organization of the file room.
- Support the post-closing and servicing of business loans.
- Collaborate with management on implementation for procedural changes for improvement and efficiency.
- Supports other departments by assisting with loan servicing related inquiries.
- Performs testing as required for new products that are applicable to loan servicing.

QUALIFICATIONS
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Real estate loan and/or auto loan experience required; previous banking or credit union experience preferred.
- Professional, well-developed communication skills necessary for servicing Credit Union members and projecting a positive image as a representative for the Credit Union.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Employee bondability is required.
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PDF applications.
- Ability to travel reliably to all Inspire branches, company-wide training events, and community events.

Job Description

The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for the loan origination and pipeline management, working with existing members of Inspire Federal Credit Union as well as members of the community in search for mortgage financing.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing self-starter, who has an established base of realtor relationships and origination sources to develop new client relationships. Additionally, the candidate will have a built-in opportunity internally to serve the mortgage needs of 15,000 plus members. The ability to self-source new opportunities to supplement existing origination sources and internal opportunities is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Sales calls for new business opportunities.
- Represent the credit union throughout the community to increase brand visibility and develop new business opportunities.
- Take mortgage applications/loan interviews.
- Identify and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Track, evaluate and report results of sales activity/pipeline to management.
- Process applications according to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of secondary market loan eligibility requirements.
- Represent Inspire FCU at various community events and networking functions.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of conventional, government and portfolio products.
- Provide first class member service to all mortgage candidates and applicants.

Job Description
With 4 branches in Bucks County, PA and $300 million in assets and over 15,000 members, we’re seeking an energetic professional to join our growing team as a full-time Member Relationship Specialists. The Member Relationship Specialist will build on the relationships with current Credit Union members by understanding their needs and suggesting credit union products and service to address those needs. The Member Relationship Specialist will be responsible for building a trusting and honest relationship during each member interaction, both inside and outside of the Credit Union.
