Renae Kulak brings 28 years of banking experience, specializing in relationship building and business management. Her expertise lies in developing strong connections and meeting members’ needs consistently. She believes in “Paying it Forward” and actively supports causes like the Mighty Acorn Foundation, Special Olympics, and childhood cancer awareness. Renae, a proud mother of four, values her children’s pursuit of higher education.
Odessa Santiago brings over 20 years of experience in banking and finance, with a strong passion for networking and relationship building. She simplifies banking for business owners by serving as a dedicated point of contact and aligning the right financial solutions to support your goals and growth.
Outside of work, Odessa chairs an engagement committee in her hometown, focused on bringing residents together from all backgrounds. She believes everyone deserves a friend at work, at home, and in business.
