  • Select "Direct Deposit" within the "Settings" section on your dashboard

  • Click "Get Started" to proceed with switching your direct deposit

  • Search for, select, and login to your current payroll provider. If applicable, complete the two-step verification process

  • Select the bank account you would like your direct deposit to go to

If your employer or payroll service provider isn’t listed, Pinwheeel can produce a PDF with account details that can be provided to your employer to help generate the switch

Can I Switch Social Security Payments?

Yes, you can search for “Social Security” within the tool to switch these payments.

Does it Support Business Accounts?

What if I Haven't Seen My Direct Deposit in the New Account? 

It is recommended to check your old account for one more pay cycle, as it can take time to update. You should also contact your payroll department. Some employers may have additional security or verification procedures where you must act.
